Is parking available?

Yes, the Domaine has a car park with space for around 200 cars. Charging stations for EVs are provided.

Are pets allowed at the Domaine?

To protect the wellbeing of our herd and the other animals on the domaine, pets are not allowed. Assistance dogs are, of course, always welcome.

Is the Domaine accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes. We have two accessible rooms, and paved paths around the Domaine. As a working farm, though, some areas can be harder to reach depending on the weather. Just let us know your needs and we’ll gladly find a solution that works for you.

Is there a quiet space for anyone who needs a break?

Yes. The Domaine has several quiet spots, both indoors and outdoors, where you can take a moment to yourself and unwind. Feel free to ask our team, and we’ll gladly point you to one.

What languages do you work in?

Our team mainly speaks French and English, and some of us also speak Dutch. Let us know your preferred language when you get in touch, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What are your opening hours?

The Domaine is not open to the public on a daily basis. Visits are only possible during public events or as part of a booked event or activity.

About the farm

Where can I buy your products?

Most of our produce goes straight to The Harvest, our farm-to-table restaurant, and to our wholesale partners. From time to time, we also sell meat packages and butcher’s cuts directly. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when they’re available. Professionals interested in wholesale supply can contact us via our wholesale enquiries form.

Are all your products organic?

Domaine de Graux is a certified organic farm, and all our meat, both our Black Angus beef and our Mangalica pork, is certified organic. No synthetic pesticides or fertilisers are used anywhere on the farm. For some of our products, such as our jams, walnut oil and walnut flour, we work with small local artisans. They don’t always hold an official organic certification themselves, so these products can’t always carry the organic label. But you can be sure that every fruit and nut they work with is grown here on the Domaine, according to the same principles that guide everything we do.

Can I visite the farm without an appointment

Unfortunately not. Because Domaine de Graux is a working farm, unannounced visits aren’t possible. Please check our agenda for upcoming public events, or contact us if you’d like to organise a group visit.

How do farming and events work together at the Domaine?

Domaine de Graux is first and foremost a working farm. Our team carries on with their daily work during events, sometimes with machinery or animals nearby. Farming and events coexist side by side, and that’s part of what makes the Domaine special. To keep everyone safe, we ask all guests to respect the work of our team, stay on the marked paths and follow our staff’s instructions at all times.

Questions about
your event?

What types of events can be held at the Domaine?

We welcome companies for team-building days, strategic offsites, corporate retreats, conferences, training, company celebrations, product launches and more. Whatever the occasion, we create a setting that brings people together, inspires new ideas and connects people with nature.

Private events are also possible upon request.

How do I book an event?

Get in touch via our contact form. From there, our team will reach out to explore what we can create together.

Do you offer tailor-made teambuilding days?

Yes. Every programme is built around your goals, your team dynamics and your budget. We also like to challenge teams to step a little outside their comfort zone, this leads mostly to the best conversations and ideas.

Is catering available? Can you cater for dietary needs and allergies?

Yes. We offer a full range of catering options, from breakfast, lunch and dinner to snacks, receptions and event catering. Dietary needs and allergies, such as vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free, are always taken into account wherever possible.

Is it possible to stay overnight at the Domaine?

Yes, but only when you book an event/meeting room/activity, we can accommodate up to 70 guests overnight.

Will we have the Domaine to ourselves?

Depending on the size of your event, the Domaine can be booked exclusively. For smaller groups, another event may take place at the same time in a separate space, and we always make sure each group keeps its own privacy.

Please keep in mind that Domaine de Graux is a working farm. Our team carries on with their daily work during events, sometimes with machinery or animals nearby. We kindly ask all guests to respect their work and to follow the instructions of our staff at all times, for everyone’s safety.

Can events be held in winter?

Of course. There’s something to see and do in every season, and no such thing as bad weather, only the right clothing. We adapt our programme to whatever the season has to offer.

Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

We host groups from 2 to 500 people. For larger events, please contact us to discuss the options.

Questions about the activities and programmation?

What is the maximum/minimum number of people for a team building activity?

We have a broad catalogue of (team building) activities that can be organised for a small number of people or for a large group.

Our Sales team will have you put together the perfect day according to to the number of participants, budget, interests and season.

How long do these activities last

This depends on the activity. Activities range from 1 hour to the format of one half-day (approximately 3 hours). In most cases, we can adjust the activity to your schedule and timing. Do not hesitate to talk options with our Sales and Event team.

What is your commitment to sustainable development?

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, from how we farm and source to how we welcome guests and support our team. Domaine de Graux is a certified B Corp, in line with the new B Corp standards (V2). B Corps meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability, and are committed to using business as a force for good. Read more about our impact and commitments.

Do you organise activities that specifically encourage collaboration?

Absolutely. Every activity at Domaine de Graux is created and curated to bring people together and help them reconnect: with each other, with themselves and with nature.

Many of our programmes are built around working side by side. In our Give a Day programme, teams spend a day on the farm harvesting, planting or building fences together, and leave with a shared sense of accomplishment. Cooking workshops turn seasonal ingredients into a meal made, and enjoyed, as a group. Collaborative games and Fresk workshops invite teams to think together about the challenges facing our food system.

Collaboration isn’t only about the group, though. Activities such as movement and breathwork, reflective walks along the art trail or simply time spent in the fields give everyone the space to slow down, reconnect with themselves and return to the team with fresh energy and perspective.

Whatever your goals, we’ll help you put together a programme that brings out the best in your team.

Can everyone take part in the activities?

Yes. Our activities are designed so that everyone can join in, whatever their age, fitness level or experience. For more physical activities, there’s always a way to take part at your own pace.

If anyone in your group has reduced mobility or specific needs, just let us know when you book, and we’ll gladly adapt the programme so that everyone can take part.

In what languages are these activities held?

We work with a network of facilitators who lead our activities in French, English and Dutch. Just let us know your preferred language when you book, and we’ll make sure the right people are there to guide your group.

For an activity to work well, everyone in a group needs a common language. If your team is multilingual, tell us in advance and we’ll find the best way to make sure everyone feels included and can follow along.

What should I wear for the activities?

That depends on the activities you choose, but as a working farm, we always recommend comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty, sturdy shoes or boots, and layers for changing weather.

In the days before your event, our team will get in touch to go over the final details and let you know if anything specific is needed for your activities.
