Meet the team
Meet the team
At Domaine de Graux, none of the projects happens without the people doing the work. Our team feeds the soil, tends the animals, walks the fields in every kind of weather, and keeps asking how to do it better. Their care is what turns an idea, agroecology at scale, into 120 hectares of proof that it holds up.
We are grateful to them, season after season. Come and meet them, share ideas and learn alongside them.
The team
Marie
General Manager
Marie holds the big picture together: daily operations, long-term vision, and the people in between. "Acting, on a daily basis, to transform our food chains and contribute to a harmonious world for all."
Pascale
Administration & HR, Herbologist
Pascale keeps the Domaine running behind the scenes, the quiet groundwork that lets everyone else focus on the fields, the animals, and the guests. Pascale also carefully creates our herbal tea blends, using the harvests from our Mandala Garden.
Eve
Program & Product Manager
Eve puts together the programmation that brings team building days to life, oversees the museum and the education space (as a historian, it's right up her alley). She also develops the products that carry the farm's work beyond the estate.
Annelies
Communication Coordinator
Annelies shapes how the Domaine's work reaches the outside world, turning what happens in the fields and the meeting rooms into stories people can actually connect with.
Johanna
Impact Coordinator
Johanna tracks what the Domaine's regenerative practices achieve, turning day-to-day change on the land into evidence that agroecology holds up at scale. Honestly and transparently.
Astrid
Breeder
Astrid cares for the Domaine's herds, rotational grazing, animal welfare, and the daily rhythms that keep livestock healthy and land in balance.
Armand
Market Gardener
Armand grows the vegetables that reach the Domaine's kitchen and community, tending soil health and crop diversity row by row.
Justine
Market Gardener
Justine grows the vegetables of the domaine, bringing the same care to seed, soil and season that turns a vegetable patch into a thriving ecosystem.
Andrzej
Head of Works
Andrzej oversees the Domaine's maintenance team, buildings and grounds, making sure every renovation honours the estate's history as much as its future. He knows the domaine like the back of his hand.
Jakub
Agricultural Worker
Jakub works alongside Andrzej and Gustaw, keeping the estate in working order: looking after the machinery that keeps the farm moving, taking care of the buildings, and helping with the wider upkeep of the land. Practical and versatile, he makes sure that whatever the season demands, the estate is ready for it.
Gustaw
Agricultural Worker
Gustaw is out on the land every day, doing the hands-on work that keeps the Domaine in good shape: clearing dead trees, trimming hedgerows, maintaining the ponds and keeping the farm roads open. It's quiet, steady work, and the rest of the farm depends on it.
Sully
Chief Happiness Officer
Meet Sully, Chief Happiness Officer and Astrid's right paw. Greets the herd every morning and makes sure everyone on the Domaine gets their daily dose of cuddles.
Our experts
Emilien
Crop Manager
As a farmer, Emilien manages the Domaine's arable crops according to the principles of agroecology: crop rotation, cover crops and carefully measured tillage, so that the soil can regenerate season after season.
Nicolas
Ornithologist
Nicolas studies bird life across the Domaine's woodlands, hedgerows and ponds. His work continues the habitat creation that shaped the Domaine's ecological network generations ago.
Amaury
Gamekeeper
Amaury looks after the wildlife and natural habitats across the estate, balancing farming activity with the space nature needs to thrive.
Koen
Gardener
Koen keeps the Domaine's gardens and grounds cared for, the living backdrop to every walk, event and gathering on the estate.
Blaise
Blaise, an independent agronomist at Farm For Good, helps us read the fields, interpret our soil studies and turn our ambitions into practical, day-to-day decisions, so that our regenerative approach is grounded in both observation and science.
Working at Graux
Want to be part of the domaine?
If you'd rather learn by doing than read about it, there might a place for you here. We're always looking for people, whether for a season, an internship, or the long run, who want to get their hands in the soil and figure things out alongside us.
