TAKE YOUR TEAM TO GRAUX
An event destination
dedicated to impact
Working with nature
From strategic offsites to company celebrations, from family days to team buildings, we host groups and (corporate) gatherings of all kinds. Bring your team to discover a working regenerative organic farm and offer them a truly immersive experience to reconnect with nature and food, and with the people who care for the land.
Meet and recharge in spaces designed to feel calm, comfortable and connected to the landscape. Every detail is considered to invite our guests slow down, reconnect and collaborate better.
Farm experiences, hands-on food activities, a range of workshops and outdoor activities: every programme can be tailored to your team's interests, your goals and the kind of impact you wish to have.
Meeting Rooms
From private board sessions to full company gatherings, our spaces flex to fit the format. Each meeting room offers a view on the landscape, so the boundary between inside and the farm stays open.
All indoor spaces include high-speed Wi-Fi, projection and display screens, flip-charts, workshop materials, and modular furniture. Outdoor spaces can be equipped for facilitated sessions in any season.
Alongside our main spaces, we have several other meeting rooms, from intimate to spacious. We’ll match you with the room that best suits your group, depending on availability.

Stay
Farm House Accomodation
Domaine de Graux is a destination, not just a venue. With 36 rooms sleeping up to 72 guests, the estate is designed for teams who want to be fully present: evenings that continue over dinner, nights that are genuinely restorative, and dew-soaked mornings, set to the rhythm of nature waking up.
Stay
Our private Manor for an exclusive experience
For groups seeking complete privacy and a more exclusive experience, The Manoir offers a refined private retreat. With six bedrooms for up to 13 guests, a private kitchen, salon and meeting room, it combines the comfort of a private home with the setting and services of the Domaine.
When more space is needed, The Cottage can be connected to The Manoir, extending the private area to accommodate up to 22 guests across both houses. With four additional bedrooms, its own private kitchen and meeting room, it offers extra space and autonomy while keeping the entire group together.
Everything your team needs. Nothing they do not.
The Harvest restaurant doubles as an informal meeting hub, with a library corner and meeting table for 8, two private phone booths, personal lockers, and power outlets built into every surface. Three salons offer relaxed seating for spontaneous conversations.
Outside, the estate is an experience in itself: 120 hectares of nature to discover. Meadows, fields, orchards and woodland are waiting to be explored, with respect, of course, for our farming activities and for the wildlife and plants that live here. Visitors are invited to wander the estate, from the art trail to the museum, to the mandala garden and the food forest.
Catering & restaurant
A nourishing
meal grown here.
Our farm-to-table restaurant The Harvest is part of the experience on the domaine. When the food on your plate was grown in the soil you walked through that morning, something shifts. Conversation slows down. The meal becomes part of the learning.
Our kitchen works with what the estate produces: seasonal organic vegetables from the market garden, beef from the Black Angus herd, and orchard fruit preserved and fresh. What we don't grow ourselves, we source from local producers we work with closely. The menu changes with what the farm gives us, which means every visit is its own experience.
We provide full catering for events, and every option is possible: from breakfast to dinner, from a small group of executives to a larger gathering, from a seated dinner to a walking dinner. Depending on the size of your group, we also work with external caterers, selected by the estate and aligned with our values. Menus can be adapted to dietary requirements and to the pace of your programme. Access to The Harvest restaurant is exclusively reserved for guests of the estate.
activities
Five themes.
Endless ways to
experience the domaine.
Domaine de Graux is an immersive destination for leadership and team building, designed to create the conditions for companies to think differently, collaborate more deeply, and grow in ways that last.
Our programmes combine workshops, field-based activities and strategic facilitation, all rooted in agroecology and regeneration. Built around five interconnected themes, they can take the form of a single activity or a fully tailored multi-day offsite.
Soil
Because everything starts with the soil. Beneath our feet lives a complex ecosystem that feeds plants, stores water and carbon, filters pollutants and shelters a large share of the planet’s biodiversity. Healthy soil is the foundation of our food, our climate resilience and our landscapes, yet it takes centuries to form and only a few seasons to degrade.

Food
From field to fork, exploring how food, craftsmanship and seasonality are tied to wider societal challenges, and how we can change the way we eat to nourish ourselves sustainably. What the estate offers through its catering and workshops is organic, local and seasonal food that preserves nutritional quality, is fair to farmers and avoids waste.

Biodiversity
Diversity of skills and perspectives builds resilience, just as it does in living ecosystems. Activities centred on biodiversity help us see the living world from a different angle and grasp how important and interdependent ecosystems are, and the complex, fragile balance that comes from them.
Ecosystem discovery walks
Body, soul & mind
Presence before performance. Movement, breathwork and reflective practices inspired by the rhythm of the farm and the seasons. Our workshops focus on holistic health and harmony, a state in which body, mind and soul are in balance and work as one.
Yoga sessions
Morning movement
Mindfulness
Consciousness
Grounded leadership, in practice. The activities here aim to build the ability to be fully attentive and present, both to the natural world around us and to the challenges society faces today, while staying focused on action.

The Nest Programmation
The Nest Programmation
Domaine de Graux is an initiative of The Nest, a Belgian family office investing in the future of food. The Nest takes a long-term approach to capital, backing companies and projects that contribute to higher nutritional value, improved environmental stewardship and increased farmer resilience. Its portfolio covers the whole value chain, from soil to stomach, and Domaine de Graux is where that vision is put into practice.
The Nest shares its expertise with interested organizations, entrepreneurs and fellow investors who want to align capital with long-term value creation. The offer includes:
Family office governance & management: how they are structured and governed, and the role they can play in driving systemic change
(Investment) strategy & implementation: workshops about your ambitions, challenges and investment questions
Impact measurement and management (IMM) guidance: practical guidance on defining, tracking and reporting impact in a credible way
Systemic thinking: specifically on the food system as an interconnected whole, but also broader systems thinking, and identifying where investment can make the greatest difference
You can book members of the team as a guest speaker. Price upon request & availability
Company Celebration
Company Celebration
Whether it’s the end of a busy year, a milestone or a well-earned thank-you, celebrate your team in a setting that feels truly special. From a relaxed walking dinner to a festive evening for up to 500 guests in The Barn, we create the celebration around you, with seasonal food from the farm and a warm, unforgettable atmosphere.
Catering
Food is at the heart of every experience at Domaine de Graux. For our events, we work with a small group of trusted catering partners who share our values and know the estate well. Together, we translate the concept of your event into a culinary experience: from a seasonal breakfast or a long shared lunch to a walking dinner or a festive evening for several hundred guests. Wherever possible, menus are built around what the farm and our local producers have to offer at that moment, with vegetables from our market garden, fruit from our orchard and organic meat from our own herd. Every menu can be adapted to dietary requirements and to the rhythm of your programme.
Event support
Behind the scenes, our in-house events team guides you from the first idea to the last guest leaving. Whether you organise the event yourselves or work with an event agency, we collaborate closely with your team: sharing our knowledge of the spaces, coordinating with our catering partners and making sure every detail fits together. The result is an event that feels effortless for your guests, and truly rooted in the place.
Frequently
asked questions
What types of events can be held at the Domaine?
We welcome companies for team-building days, strategic offsites, corporate retreats, conferences, training, company celebrations, product launches and more. Whatever the occasion, we create a setting that brings people together, inspires new ideas and connects people with nature.
Private events are also possible upon request.
How do I book an event?
Get in touch via our contact form. From there, our team will reach out to explore what we can create together.
Do you offer tailor-made teambuilding days?
Yes. Every programme is built around your goals, your team dynamics and your budget. We also like to challenge teams to step a little outside their comfort zone, this leads mostly to the best conversations and ideas.
Is catering available? Can you cater for dietary needs and allergies?
Yes. We offer a full range of catering options, from breakfast, lunch and dinner to snacks, receptions and event catering. Dietary needs and allergies, such as vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free, are always taken into account wherever possible.
Is it possible to stay overnight at the Domaine?
Yesn but only when you book an event/meeting room/activity, we can accommodate up to 70 guests overnight.
Will we have the Domaine to ourselves?
Depending on the size of your event, the Domaine can be booked exclusively. For smaller groups, another event may take place at the same time in a separate space, and we always make sure each group keeps its own privacy.
Please keep in mind that Domaine de Graux is a working farm. Our team carries on with their daily work during events, sometimes with machinery or animals nearby. We kindly ask all guests to respect their work and to follow the instructions of our staff at all times, for everyone’s safety.
Can events be held in winter?
Of course. There’s something to see and do in every season, and no such thing as bad weather, only the right clothing. We adapt our programme to whatever the season has to offer.
Is there a minimum or maximum group size?
We host groups from 2 to 500 people. For larger events, please contact us to discuss the options.
