Welcome to Domaine de Graux

A place where the farm
and the gathering are one.

Rooted in agroecology

Domaine de Graux is an agroecological farm in Tournai, Belgium, and a destination built for events that leave a positive mark.

Set across 120 hectares of orchard, meadow, forest and cultivated land, Domaine de Graux hosts events, corporate retreats, and team experiences for those looking for more than a venue. It is a place to slow down without losing momentum, to reconnect without distraction, and to leave with a different view on the food system.

Sustainable agriculture is not a method here. It is a mindset. We want to prove that agroecology works on a large scale and that it benefits farmers and the environment. We restore soil, support biodiversity, and build systems that last. That same thinking shapes every gathering we host: sincere attention to what matters, respect for the people and environment we are working with, and a commitment to offering experiences that stay with a team long after the day is over.

The FARM

Rooted in the land

At the heart of the estate is a farm that feeds everything around it. A conservation high stem orchard is home to a herd of organic Black Angus, grazing quietly across pasture and fruit-lined paths. Beyond the orchard, arable crops and a thriving market garden complete the picture. Everything grown and raised here finds its way to our farm-to-table restaurant, where the distance between field and plate is measured in steps, not miles.

The 4 pillars of
Domaine de Graux

From field to plate

Involve the entire food chain, to change practices.

A place for (re)connection

Host any event that encourages discussion and can accelerate the transition towards agroecology.

Strength of a community

Develop a community with a deep understanding of organic and agroecological agriculture.

Research in co-creation

Stimulate research and innovation in connection with soil health, water, and biodiversity.

Our impact

Our vision starts with the land and extends to everyone who visits the Domaine, and far beyond. Our ambition is to regenerate the soil and study biodiversity, deepening our understanding of soil health, water, and the living systems that are essential to life. We bring together and support a community rooted in knowledge of organic and agroecological farming. We produce healthy food using more respectful practices, taking action across the entire food system at our own scale.

This is more than a collection of initiatives. It is a way of seeing: one where every farmer, researcher, company, and consumer has a role to play in reshaping how we grow, share, and think about food.

We don't just want to farm differently. We want to inspire a movement within each of us.
