80 hectares of our farm are devoted to livestock and crops. We strive to develop a virtuous circle, made up of a balance between trees, meadows, crops and animals.

OUR MEATS: ABERDEEN BLACK ANGUS BIO

Our Angus cows are a hardy breed well suited to the region’s climate and naturally nutrient-rich grass. The herd stays outside all year round and is 100% grass fed.
We can ensure an exceptional quality of meat, distributed in an eco-conscious manner.

OUR MEATS: ORGANIC MANGALICA PIGS

At Domaine de Graux, we raise Mangalica pigs organically. This rustic and very resistant breed is of Hungarian origin and known for its meat with its inimitable fat. Our pigs are raised in the open air, fed on organic cereals (without corn, in order to guarantee quality fat) as well as with the remains of vegetable garden and orchards, or natural foods such as thistles, nettles, acorns…

OUR VEGETABLES

Thanks to the work of our market gardener, we offer you weekly baskets of organic, seasonal, and freshly harvested vegetables from The Domaine.
Vegetable basket 1 to 2 persons: 13€
Vegetable basket 3 to 4 persons: 20€

OUR JAMS

The Domaine produces fruit and vegetables in abundance.
In order to value the richness offered by nature, we also transform our raw materials into delicious products, thanks to our local partners.
We offer five jams, lovingly prepared locally by Le Bois d’Ogy, using plums from the conservatory orchard of the Domaine.

OUR APPLE JUICE

The conservatory orchard of Domaine de Graux preserves ancient and regional fruit varieties.
Our meadow-orchard is part of an entire ecosystem.
This makes it so special: the high-stems trees allow our Angus to graze and doing so they contribute to the good health of our orchard by eliminating the hiding places of rodents while fertilizing the soil.
